The Energy Balance Session

A personalised 60 or 75 minute energy therapy session designed to support deep relaxation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.

Drawing from both Reiki and Access Bars®, each session is tailored to your individual needs on the day. You may choose to experience one modality on its own or a gentle combination of both, creating a treatment that feels supportive, restorative, and aligned with where you are emotionally, mentally, and energetically.

These calming, energy-based therapies can help quiet a busy mind, release tension, ease emotional overwhelm, and create space for greater clarity, calm, and connection with yourself.

The session offers a nurturing space to slow down, reset, and restore balance — supporting you to return to yourself feeling lighter, grounded, and more at ease.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that supports relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Healing energy is channelled through light touch or hands placed just above the body, helping to calm the nervous system and encourage the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance itself.

Reiki can create a deep sense of peace and relaxation, while also supporting emotional wellbeing, stress relief, and energetic balance.

What is Access Bars®?

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on energy therapy that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head, known as the “Bars.” These points are believed to store the thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and patterns that can create stress, limitation, and mental overwhelm.

By gently holding these points, the session encourages the release of mental clutter and energetic tension, helping to create a greater sense of calm, clarity, ease, and relaxation.

The Emotional Balance Session

This personalised 90-minute session offers space to pause, reflect, and explore your current emotional landscape in a calm and compassionate environment. It is a gentle opportunity to be heard, share what is on your mind, and explore any thoughts, feelings, or challenges you may be carrying. While this is not a counselling session, many people find value in having dedicated space to be heard, reflect on their experiences, and reconnect with themselves.

Drawing on the healing support of flower essences, a bespoke remedy blend is then carefully selected to support your individual emotional needs at this moment in time. Flower essences work subtly yet deeply, supporting emotional balance and helping to encourage greater calm, clarity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

You will also be recommended supportive tools and techniques to help you nurture and maintain emotional balance in everyday life, such as pranayama breathing techniques, gentle somatic practices, journalling, affirmations, meditation etc.

Lasting wellbeing often comes through awareness, self-care, and small, meaningful changes that help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.
